The wooden shoe factory was in an old
storehouse, old as in, built in 1750. It was originally a vermicelli factory,
but also used to store cereals, snuff and "Molenaars Kindermeel"
(whatever that is). Of course, now its a wooden shoe factory and has a great
collection of wooden shoes:
